When will I get my Return parcel labels?

They can take several minutes to upload to your account area, please see your order and click labels. Return labels are produced at the same time as your outbound shipment

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, see tracking information against your booking in your account area

Do you charge for remote area deliveries?

Charges can be seen when you select your origin and destination.

How do I need to pack my bicycle?

In a bicycle box with internal packaging

Is there a charge if I miss my collection?

Yes if you miss your collection you are required to pay a surcharge 

Do you collect or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?

Yes, you can see delivery service options when you go through the booking process

Can Customs cause a delay to my parcel delivery?

It is your responsibility to check customs charges

What happens if I've entered the wrong delivery address?

You need to get in touch with us, for same day collections we cannot make any changes to your shipment

How do I prepare my parcel for collection?

Your parcel must be adequately packaging both internally and externally 

Are there any additional charges to pay?

No, unless you miss your collection, or miss-state either your weight or parcel size

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

Please see your parcel delivery time quoted when you book

How many days in advance do I need to book?

For UK collections you can book the same day as your collection if booked in the morning

What time will my parcel be collected?

Between 9am and 5pm, however you will receive a text confirming a smaller timeframe. If this isn’t suitable you can opt to change your collection parameters 

How will I know when you will collect my parcel?

We will text and email the phone number and email address on the booking

What is the process if I accidentally send something from the Prohibited Items List?

Immediately contact us 

Can I send items in a box?

Yes, robust boxes are preferred for packaging

What am I NOT allowed to put in my parcel?

I've missed my collection, what do I do?

We will text and email you to rearrange and take payment for the required surcharge

With packaging tape

Where do I leave my parcel for my return journey?

Hand the items over when the driver knocks or rings at your property 

Who will collect my parcel?

We use carefully selected shipping partners, your label with state who this will be 

Will my parcel be X-Rayed?

Possibly 

Are my contents protected from loss or damage?

Only if you select insurance, and insurance is subject to excess and a valid claim. Please see our T&C’s
